Return Policy, Exchanges & Warranty

Your satisfaction is of the utmost priority to Diamond Tek Vapor! We carry a 30 day warranty on our products against manufacturer defects. Due to the nature of some items, our Return Policy excludes cartomizers, tanks, atomizers and e-juice. We are not responsible for lost packages! Once delivery is verified by USPS we are not liable for refund or replacement.

To inquire about initiating a possible exchange, please carefully follow these instructions:
- Email your name, order number, and description of the item and reason for the exchange to Nathan@DiamondTekVapor.com. Please include pictures or video and be as detailed as possible. Include your preferred method of contact. We will contact you once your email has been reviewed.
- If an exchange is approved, please package the items(s) along with all of the included parts, packaging, and literature. All original packaging must be returned. Excessively damaged or missing packaging, parts, or literature may result in a forfeit of exchange. Any items deemed to have damage caused by user error (see below) will NOT be considered eligible for exchange.
- Once Diamond Tek Vapor receives the return, the item will be carefully inspected. If we deem the product to have a manufacturer defect, a replacement will be shipped immediately at no cost to you. If there are no detectable defects, product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Items purchased online may NOT be returned in-store unless all of the above steps are followed and you are then instructed to do so by Customer Support.
Items damaged via user error, improper use, or abuse are NEVER covered under warranty by Diamond Tek Vapor, nor the manufacturer’s. Damages such as these include but are not limited to dropping items, damages due to being in a purse or pocket, cross-threading, plier marks, using glue, building at low resistances, stripped screws, water damage, deep scratches, dents, or altering the product from it’s original state.
DIAMOND TEK VAPOR IS -NOT- RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE THE UNITED STATES BORDER. YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND KNOWLEDGE THE RISK OF CUSTOMS SEIZING YOUR ITEMS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO PASS CUSTOMS.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
